 When should I start my chicks on cracked corn?   Thanks for reading!

I dont feed mine cracked corn, so I dunno. I always feel that chicks need the nutrition in chick crumbs til at least 5-6 weeks old, then on growers until around 16 weeks. only when they are full grown do I give them the sort of low nutritional treats like corn, and oats, veggie scraps.

Any time after 8 weeks but as Mimey says I'd leave out the corn and other treats until 16 plus weeks.

Echo posts above, I dont give cracked/mixed corn until birds are mature and even then only in cold weather weather and later in the day
