Planting Onions
« on: November 05, 2008, 15:55 »
Ok, so I have cleared the weeds from a patch to plant my onion sets.
My tomatoes were there - till the blight got them - and I think (senior moment!!) I might have added some manure before I planted them.

I have added some 2 year old leaf compost. Do I need to add anything else? I have chicken poo or blood fish and bone.

Thanks in advance

Elaine

Probably not to be honest Elaine but you could hoe in a little BFB to be sure  :D
