I defrosted some ciabatta rolls I'd made this morning, was supposed to be for lunch, but they didn't defrost and rise in time, so I left them on windowsill while we were out.  then put them in oven when we got home.  Just went  to see if brooder was okay, but then realised that Brian hadn't filled the turkeys water this morning, then went round to do all the watering buckets, got back an hour later to 4 VERY well done bread rolls!!!!   :roll:  :roll:


You're welcome, I love making bread it's so satisfiying, I tend to over prove it, I pop out to let the hens out etc and end up loosing track of time because I like to watch them for hours!
would have been enough for a crumble!
