Old Welly Boot as Planter

Hello All
Today i have acquired

a welly boot - yes just one! I want to plant something in it to sit outside my lottie shed. What would you plant in a welly boot (if you had a spare one)??

I have two pair that were left by the previous occupier and was wondering the same. I was thinking carrots for the tops or lobelia and cutting the toes out and putting a strawberry in

but strawbs dont last that long so still thinking :idea: :roll:

I've just discovered a hole in mine so thought i'd try this too. How many carrots would you put in a welly boot??

Are there any other ideas for something that would stay in there a while?
