used to eat loads of this fish but a bit boney and u really need to soak them in salt water for a while to get rid of the muddy taste but it is nice. I just simply grilled it on the BBQ. I read there is a real problem in some areas with immigrents depleting stocks on rivers. Jacks are the best.

there was up in  nth yorkshire around the cities ,they thought they could just fish and eat it like they did at home ,cant blame them in my opinion .but that was soon sorted out

My mum hits em over the head and chucks em on the BBQ, never fancied it myself always used to chuck em back.

1) Locate rabbit. Run it through with pike.........
2) Locate lamb. Run it through with pike........
3) Locate deer. Run it through with pike........
4) Locate salmon. Run it through with pike........
