this muck is 4 yr old horse manure so far 2 trailors this size have been rotavated into the patch most of this I will mix with growbags and use it for planting early spuds in containers,if this is wrong please tell me. There are a lot of roots in here but with patience there easily removed thanks and lets hope we all have a blight free year    [/IMG][/IMG][/IMG]       PS i forgot to say the chap on the tractor is peter brown one off the kindest good hearted blokes you will ever have the pleasure of meeting .Of interest to munty he collects and restores old tractors and machinery for them ,also farms in the old style with these tractors and massey ferguson have hired his tractors for shows

great link,
is that a genuine honda engine, or a chinese copy?
the only other thing i would want to know is, does the rotovator have a makers plate on it? i would like to look them up in one of the trade books at work. it would be quite usefull to see where they are made, and where to get parts.
Got to say though, so far it looks like a real bargain. Well done you!! :D

a friend of mine is a small engine mechanic works out off one of the nissan huts on the camp and he had a good look at it , he said its a copy of a honda and seemed to think that the genuine honda parts would fit hope this helps but will look for any plates see you later

Sounds like you're doing everything right, Phil. But definitely pick out those weed roots from the manure first. I had the same problem but a bit of time sorted it all out.
Nice looking soil you've got.
