Pork steak roasted with potatoes, onions, peppers and tomatoes, plus a few green beans.
For my weekend treat I cooked a sponge top over some plot raspberries  :D

Chilli con carne.  We have experimented tonight and used Quorn mince.  Couldn't taste any difference.  Even Paul who is true carnivore said he would eat it again.  Result!  I've been asking for ages to be allowed to try it.

Even I don't mind Quorn, it's one of the more acceptable (for me anyway) vegetarian options  :D

Today i fanced a fry up bacon sausage tomato and a few bake beans, to finish of with strawberries and raspberries from the garden with yoghurt, it was a lovely change naughty but nice  :D
