The other duck leg - mixed veg and mash today I think. Yesterday's gravy was disappointingly thin, if I have to resort to cornflour I might as well go back to browning rather than granules  >:(

I'm defrosting a boneless chicken thigh, so it'll probably be in a stir-fry with fridge gravel and rice.

Spinach and chickpea curry, plus chicken thighs roasted in spices, naan and yogurt.

It was supposed to the chicken thigh fillets in a curry, but I got the wrong thing out of the freezer.  When will I learn to label things  ::)   :lol:

Shepherds pie here too with carrots,peas & broccoli. Roasted the lamb mince this morning to get the fat off & boy there was a lot, then added it as normal. Had a sneaky taste & itís good  :lol:
