So I’m still harvesting loads of courgettes. I found a lovely Julia Childs recipe for a courgette tian that uses loads of courgettes, is easy and can be batch cooked for freezing. Thought it might be useful to others. I recommend increasing the Parmesan and decreasing the salt!
