Can anyone help me with my tomatoes.

Variety is Alicante. Germinated indoors then moved to the greenhouse. Greenhouse has shading and auto window openers. The temperature varies between about 15 and 30 degrees.

They are planted in auto-watering pots and have been given a regular feed.

They grew really strongly to start with, but have become progressively unhappy over time.

What are growing them in? They look as if they need a good feed - mine looked like that when they needed potting on (ie they'd used all the goodness from the available compost)

I'd agree with them needing a feed too. I'd pop some manure pellets or growmore in the pots and increase the doseage of feed you're using slightly and see if that perks them up.

My first thought was tomato leaf curl virus. 

Look that up, see if the symptoms match.  I hope I'm wrong.
