« on: September 25, 2007, 20:12 »
One of our hens was very broody and a friend has given us 6 Old Dutch eggs for her to sit on it's now day 7. 1. should she be on her own now or when the chicks hatch or will she and the chicks be ok with the other hens. 2. The hen house is raised 3 feet off the ground am I right in that they should be on level ground  for safety in an arc say. 3 What age will the chicks beable to leave the hen. RTB
