Title: Advice for another present for my OH.

As some of you will know, my husband has multi-system atrophy (MSA) and is now in a nursing home. Apart from his memories photo album, I want to get him another present and thought of a simple clip-on magnifying glass as his eyesight isn't that good. I thought I'd found one but it seems to have a USB cable attached which isn't an option. There are also some clip-on glasses but I'm not sure. Anyone have any thoughts about this and anything else I could get him. I had to buy him some new jim-jams, slippers and a dressing gown recently so they're not an option.

I've just had a light-bulb moment and have ordered a tartan woollen blanket he can put over his knees when he wants to sit in the nursing home conservatory, or outside when he wants some fresh air. Job done!  :)
