Title: Propagator Temperatures for seeds

I have a small electric propagator, which looks the same as the one in the link below.

It isn't new, in fact a neighbour gave me it a few years ago.

Now I have an allotment I want to make more use out of it.

What setting should I use, say for onion seeds ? I don't want to roast the seeds, nor do I want them to be too cold and prevent germination.
