Tall shed

Just seen the post about George's shed and wondered if anyone knows what the planning rules are about the maximum height of a lean-to shed in a garden. I'm in the middle of building one under the eaves of my house. It will be just over 3.5m high sloping to 3.2m high and 2m x 2.5m floor area.

I worried the council willspot it and tell me to pullit down.

Actually, according to the link, it's not legal without planning permission.

"Outbuildings and garages to be single storey with maximum eaves height of 2.5 metres and maximum overall height of four metres with a dual pitched roof or three metres for any other roof."

Sorry, didn't see the dual pitched bit, just looked at the height!
