Just means that no excess liquid is resulting & is not necessarily a problem.  You could add less bedding material and/or more wet foods like lettuce but if they are happy, I'd be tempted to leave things be.

Bread is fine.

Avoid : meat/fish in quantity (you can get away with odd scraps), fats, oils, dairy of any kind, vinegar

I have a wormery at home courtesy of my local supermarket.
I have 3 of the big plastic container they are using to deliver the stuff to the supermarket.
-the bottom one is lined with plastic sheeting long enough to cover the top of the 3 bins , few newspaper/ crumpled cardboard to soakup the liquid and the cube of wood holding pallets.
- the middle and the top one are filled with 1.5kg of worms ( at the time of filling 3 months ago.

I make sure the food and bedding touches the bottom of the top tray so the worms can move freely between bins.  alternating the feeding between the top and bottom tray , I might start another bin with only food scrap and bedding and see what happen ( the more space they have the more they are likely to breed ) time will tell.
