The most useful tool in your shed?

Snowy, that looks brilliant!  There's even room for a pint of cider (or some other long, cool beverage) on the tray underneath, and if a long, curly straw was inserted into the bottle I wouldn't even need to bend to pick it up.

The tool that get used the most is a hand version of dutch hoe, kept as sharp as I can make it.

It cuts weeds off in their prime, or even before then, is narrow enough to use between rows of plants, shuffles soil into a fine dry mulch around plants, and cornerwise can flick dandelions etc out of the path in a flash.

I found it on the dump two years ago and it is now used every day I am at the plot. It is ugly with rusty bits on the frame, and has a nasty looking plastic covered handle, but boy is it handy!!!

Sounds like a tool I have which is a favourite. I think it is a type of 'onion hoe'. It has a thin blade which can be made very sharp.

Another favourite is what I believe was a type of hay rake. The handle is so badly (?) weathered and riddled with woodworm that it is 'feather light' so is easy to handle.
