I really want to make some jam but only have a small amount of fruit left (opps?)

Does anyone have a recipe that will work with this quantity?

Any recipe you fancy, just divide the quantities proportionally,

and be careful to stop it catching at the bottom, as there will not be much liquid

Another time you could try it in the microwave in a large glass bowl so it doesn't boil over. You can make very small quantities like this
