lethargic, large soft crop, no smell

hello. I don't know whether my chicken (3 years old ex batt) has the start of sour or impacted crop. I picked her up and her crop with large but soft but didn't smell. I massaged it and she puked up loads of dark water.

Searched for answers but as it didn't smell bad i don't think it's sour crop.

i've massaged loads up. put 3ml of olive oil and massaged again and it brought a little fluid up. i'll see how it is tomorrow and either try bicarb or maggots.
