I gurgled as well mum and found several different recipes for Gordon Ramsay and red cabbage so I just wondered if it was braised or pickled BQ was referring to. (I love red cabbage you see!)


Sorry its the braised cabbage with apple, i do reduce the liquid by half and it will keep in the fridge for a week or can be frozen happily, very similiar to the one you can buy in m and s for a lot of money for a tiny amout.
