Hello I havent got one but have used one,as it's a 2 strike engine first thing to check if it's not seized just turn starter slowly if it feels like its moving remove spark plug  clean plug tip machine back and put a tea spoon of 2 stroke oil down plug hole and leave a few minutes, clean carburettor (cant remember if it's a Zenith or Amal ) put clean 2 stroke oil into tank let it run through to carb set choke to 3 1/4 closed open throttle to quarter slowly pull on starter cord it should start ,one thing to remember if it hasn't a recoil is to note which way the starter cord wraps round the pulley as it's easy to start the engine and have it running in  reverse which is noyicblrcwhen revved  up    jezza
