swoe - swoe is me!
« on: August 01, 2007, 21:35 »
hi all, i've a birthday pending and apparently i'm difficult to buy for (get me a blueberry bush, a garden tool, a galvanised watering can or some such and i'd be happy).
i was thinking of asking for a wilkinson sword swoe, does anyone have one?  is it any better than an ordinary hoe?
many thanks
Laura

as an aside i might post a thread for inappriate/crappy gifts

ive got one of those, i wouldn't be without it now, the stainless one is very light. it won't put up with being used as a digging tool like a dutch hoe will, but for rapid weedkilling it's the mutts n*ts
