Planted all my herbs and they have all doing well my question is as the taste so delicious I have been use them quite a lot, when I cut the herbs back can I except  herbs to grow again from the same plant or do I have to grow more herbs.

Depends on the herb & how far back you've cut them. Could you elaborate?
Did it really tell you to do THAT on the packet?

I have been mainly usung corriander and parsley if thst helps

Coriander is an annual herb and will run to seed probably a lot quicker than you would like, in which case you will need to sow again at least once more this year.

Parsley is a biennual plant, so if it is growing somewhere which suits it it should carry on producing leaves this year and also for the first part of next year until it also starts to run to seed.
Sow your seeds, plant your plants. What's the difference? A couple of weeks or more when answering possible queries!
