i dont live in ur area but - round here local garden centres and local markets usually have them.

Not sure what part of the south east you are but the nursery along the road from me had some this morning.

You might also be lucky on freecycle - I managed to get half a dozen sprout plants a while ago from someone who just had too many!

Vegetable Plants Direct (LINK) appear to have a good selection listed.
Don't have any experience of them though, I just came across their web site recently.

I took a chance and bought mine of ebay, 100 plug plants for £7.50..LINK.
P&P £6.95

Well worth the money. i bought them in the begining of september and they arrived about 5" . You can see in the picture how big they have grown, the frame is about 48" high.
