i got a Bolens chipper/vac 4.5 hp for free tonight as the bloke who was selling it could not get it started    

I got it home to find it has very little oil in but does have some.  has a good spark i cleaned the air filter and the lad had filed it with fuel but not sure if he emptied it out first he said it not been started for a year  :?

I will strip it and renew oil and petrol tmw

does any one own one of these. and if so do you have a manual
