Title: Metal stainless steel apple press any good for cider?

Hi

I have a stainless steal apple press and i want to know if i can put the apples in it with out any thing else?

Im concerned that the metal will ruin my juice will this happen?

If it is made from stainless steel, it should be O.K.   If not, why did they make it from this metal?    ;)   Cheers,    Tony.
