Pattison orange are summer squash so won't store so you need to eat them all up.  Shouldn't be a problem

I'd cook them myself.  Some varieties go mushy so are good with mash or soup and some stay good a firm so are good cubed with rice in a pilaff. You'll have to find out which yours are. I've never grown that variety

If you like curry they'd be good either way - mushy or otherwise  :D

Pumpkin pie is lovely too

Patisson or petty pan or custard marrow.

I grow the white ones as I like them a lot more than courgettes. If you happen to leave some to mature, they will store a few months, but not worth it, much nicer young and fresh as with courgettes.

Harvest before the skin gets tough. I tend to serve them up instead of fish/meat with rice or spuds and salad.

Cut in half, from stalk - short way - scoop seeds out, slice into finger/half inch thickness - if gone a bit past you have to peel - and blanch for 2-4 minutes.

Fry coated with egg and bread crumbs, batter or just flavoured flour, very nice. :)
