Right, that's another batch out, that's 48.

Down to coffee morning tomorrow with the bread rolls & a load of leeks.

Never thought of them as a classic combo before

They must queue at the door waiting for you, DD  :D

Took a load of leeks last week and they were grabbed by the soup makers quite quickly.
Did it really tell you to do THAT on the packet?

There will have to be an orderly queue - I'm flogging them as hot buttered ones.

42 were sent forth for the coffee morning.

40 of my buns failed to return.

LOL, we had 2nd half of my beef stew tonight.  Told my brother when he phoned, because he's always talking about food, and he said oh Gina likes to cook it fresh every day! lol

oh no, Ginas got it all wrong  :nowink: , it's always better the day after!

I've just had a bowl of left overs for lunch and it was just as good even though there was no no dumplings left  ::)

.... still craving hot cross buns  :)

Dumplings?  My Brian isn't allowed dumplings!!! lol, although last week I did make him a beef suet pudding for a change, but it was only a little one!

I agree with you though PP.  We had the stew 2 nights running, and it was better the 2nd night, then if there is any left, I blitz it all together and we have soup for lunch the next day too!

Yummy!
