Hi all
Does anyone on here use a steam juicer to make jellies, juices and cordials? Do you add sugar to fruit in pan when makes syrups/cordial?

I haven't used one but did consider it for a while. They certainly seem like an interesting piece of kit however and some of the review videos are very well produced.
