Can anyone help Please I have Shallot’s left in from last year it look’s like there are going to seed will I be better off putting them in the bin or has any one left them in until the seed pod get’s bigger to use the seed I have not got a clue about them or is it best just to buy the set’s.

If they're last year's - they had it. I would save the seed, they've had a year with no nutrients.

I doubt you'd be able to buy any now, but you never know.
Did it really tell you to do THAT on the packet?
