basically if you go to a decent garden suppliers and see whats on the shelves  that is all your allowed without permits etc .ask the owners about special preparations . i do remember a copper oxide spray for roses  was banned along with a load of other stuff as being toxic etc . when it comes to buying commercial loads then your up against a wall . i have the roundup in agricultural formulation because i have use of the farm licences,where the horticultural product is 1000 times weaker and 3 times as expensive . all i can sugest is you look to the garden stores  for help mate

Have you told us what problems you are having Kevin.  I've grown loads of spuds and greenhouse tomatoes in the past without a problem with blight.

Are you a garden/lottie grower, small holder/farmer.  If you've told us this already please forgive me. (everyone here knows I've got a wooden head)  :roll:
