Markeaton Leisure Gardens - plots to let

Hello my name is Paul Rodgers I am the letting Secretary for Markeaton Leisure Gardens on Markeaton Street Derby.

We currently have allotments that are vacant and sitting waiting for the right person to take on and have a go at allotment gardening.if you are interested please reply and I can arrange to meet you on the allotments hopefully to develop into you taking on a plot.

This is the perfect time of the year to Join as once it stops raining you have the rest of winter to plan and design your plot ready to start in spring. I have Plots that  are already planted with soft fruits and some fruits to give you a head start .if you are a beginner you will be made welcome by theexsisting members who will offer advice if you want it to assist you to get going we also will help with your first tools if you need them

Has anyone else heard of 6 monthly charges? That's a new one on me.

It simply means we charge rent twice a year so our gardeners pay every six months hope this explains

I understand that, but once per year is the norm, and requires less admin.
