Title: McCulloch 210 strimmer
Post by: Aidy on August 18, 2020, 20:33
Had mine for meny a year and it has served me well.
The fuel pipe was degraded and started to break apart so I have a bought new, I thought while I was at it I would service it and clean the air filter and the carb etc.
One thing I had noticed tho is the fuel pump bubble, when I press in it stays in and doesnt go back for ages  ???
Has anyone come across this problem?
Not sure if it has lost its strength so to speak and struggle to get back in shape.
With no guel it works as it should.

Hello the bubbles just worn its lost its elasticity it gone hard on the top you should be able to get a replacement  you must have got a good McCulloch, late 1970s mid 1980s were good then when Kawasaki/Zenoah engines were used  then McCulloch merged with other companies the quality went  down  jezza

Never really gave me a problem, take the carb of every so often and give it a clean but been really good.
