After an extended coffee & cake at 11 for my daughter in laws birthday that turned into a late lunch party, they’ve only just all gone, so not sure what we’ll be having, might be beans on toast & not the lamb chops I was planning on lol

I've defrosted some chicken strips - think I'll stir-fry them with some fridge gravel and I have a pack of m/w Mexican rice, I can add. Seems like a plan  :D

Stir-fry here as well with lots of veg and some leftover rice.  We had some fish grilled with garlic and chilli to go with it.

I'm trying to make sense of the odds n ends drawer in the small freezer and found a v. small pot of  Bolognese sauce, so had that with some Bucatini. It needed quite a lot of grated cheese before it tasted of anything though, tbh  ::)
So I'm chewing gum, cos I've still got the munchies....
