Hubby wanted pizza but no mozzarella, so was to be left over chicken but our neighbour came round with 2 trout fillets so 1 of those baked on top of sliced potatoes,onion & pepper. Peas & carrots no doubt & the last bit of cauliflower that’s lurking.

Burger, chips and probably quite a lot of fried onions, as all the ones I have left in the shed are pretty big.  I’ll find something green to go on the plate as well  :)

Plumbing repair all completed, just need to 'reload' the cupboard.  We had got out a fish pie from our 'emergency' drawer in case it took longer than it did but Paul did it all in 20 minutes.  Green beans on the side.

The plan is to do beef stew in the slow cooker with the shin I have defrosted, it is definitely stew weather  ::)

a nice pork shank or hock cooked in the slow cooker with carrots and onions served with mash potatoes followed by a plumb crumble

Meatballs with chunky veg and gravy.  It needs mash really, but CBAs have hit, so wedges instead.

Sausage, chorizo, pasta bake.  Again with garlic bread.   Chicken   out of the freezer ready for a casserole tomorrow.
