I've got the oven on for bread baking, so I've made a mince & onion pie as well..
I've got carrots and cabbage, to go with it, later.

The other fillet steak (between us  :lol:) from Lidl that was in the freezer with chips, & salad , fried egg for himself & mushrooms for me

I have a lump of piggy I was planning to slow cook and make a roast piggy dinner with all the trimmings  but MoS and Snow have given me curry munchies   :nowink:   Decisions   :unsure:

 Joint of gammon that himself!slow cooked & roasted yesterday under instructions   :lol: With a jacket potatoes & salad leaves & tomatoes  from the tunnel plus beetroot I’ve just pulled but needs cooking today & bought bits & bobs, bound to involve baked beans for him & cheese  :nowink:

I am not going to help. Chicken curry with potatoes and cauliflower here. Already made and quietly maturing in the fridge so it will be quick to heat up later, once I get in  :)

Been busy in kitchen today, made carrot and corrianda soup, apple crumble then this afternoon a tin of Date and walnut flapjack.
Dinner Mince and onion pie few new potatoes and fresh veg plus gravy  :)

So I caved in yesterday lunchtine and made more dahl  ::) and defrosted a couple of homemade plain naan.   I did cook and shred the piggy so all I have to do is everything else tonight.

I'm so tempted just to have a hot pork and stuffing sandwich instead though...

A reduced priced  steak and ale  pie probably with some chips, I expect there will be some onion rings as well as Paul loves them.  ::)

No extra potato but there is a double batch of American Apple cake with raspberries for himself pudding so that should put me in good books  :lol:
