I need to finish off the last of the gochujang spiced chicken, probably with spicy mixed veg rice and a couple of large portobello mushrooms.

Was due to be smoked haddock risotto with poached egg, but on receiving an invite to our son & family were now going there for slow cooked gammon joint, roast potatoes & whatever else gets served up.

I’ve made split pea and veg soup and am just going to bake sourdough loaves off, plus I’ve got cheese to grate for sprinkling on the soup.

Roast chicken and all the trimmings , left over pineapple and ice cream run out of yoghurt

Roast lamb, potatoes, parsnips, green beans and sprouts.  We have a lemon cheesecake Paul p icked up reduced to follow if wanted.  Don't usually do pudding.
