I cooked one of those small, rolled gammon joints in some apple juice in the slow-cooker.
Served with peas and mash  :)

Back home from work a bit late and doing chicken thighs and roasted veg in the air-fryer, plus some rice with peas and tomato on the hob to go with it.

Quick, easy and almost no washing up  :D

It's been a while since I last did something with pasta. I'll find one of the spag bol sauces I made the other week, pasta will be whichever packet falls out the cupboard first as they're piled up jenga style.

Taken 2 x 1/2lb beef mince out so plan is I think a bolognaise in the slow cooker as I bought a bag of fresh tagliatelle on Saturday. My first foray in to cooking again after not being well, what can go wrong!

Yesterday was also a pie fail after I couldn't keep my grubby mitts off the dhal turning it into a lentil and chickpea curry served with plain basmati  (would have been so much better with naan). Perhaps third time lucky ...

I've bunged the last bit of the gammon joint into the slow cooker with some onions, a small pepper, potatoes and a stock cube.
Later on I may add some curry spices, haven't made up my mind yet  ::)
