Spag bol as we seem to have a lot of mince in the freezer.  Fridge scrapings to bulk it out.  Found a burger that had been there hiding at the back for at least two weeks.  But, panic, we have no cheese, emergency dash to Tesco at the top of the road to get a       pack.

Veggie curry last night. It was potato, cauliflower and dhal.

Tonight is pasta bake. The sauce is pre-made out of the freezer, so easy fix  :)

Leftover roast chicken & gravy here, could be mash, roasties or just steamed spuds & veg.

I've just put spag bol in the slow cooker but there's also still some mince and mash left from the weekend which needs to be used, just not sure I can face another cottage pie.

Simples, make a cottage pue& put it in the freezer for the cba fairydays

Today here it’s a lamb hotpot, although now we’re sat in glorious sunshine so doesn’t seem quite as appealing

I had decided to do a sausage traybake, but forgot to get the sausages out in time - so I'm having a m/waved hm Cornish pasty ftf with peas and mash instead.
The sausages have gone in the fridge for tomorrow  :D

That's exactly what I said to the dog whilst microwaving it. The mince had already been frozen twice, once raw and once cooked. The rule of thumb I was told (so as not to end up poisoning myself) was not to freeze something twice without changing its state, Im not sure how true this is, but given I've been a bit sub par lately I thought best not to risk it.

The spag bol was supposed to have been made over the weekend, portioned and frozen along with a batch of chilli and some jerk chicken I found a recipe for that looked tasty so there would be plenty for the CBA fairyday food- but things are not going as planned  ::)

I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days all attack me at once...

Chilli yesterday, served with plain rice, 3 other portions off to the freezer.  Along with the chicken which was on it's use by, that gives me 6 portions of cba fairyday food.

Mac and cheese tonight, might dump and tin of tuna in it to break up the carb fest.
