Cornish pasty with the usual Friday oven chips, mushies and I think normal peas and corn rather than beans tonight.

Long red Ramiro peppers just arrived with my Trashco delivery, I ordered them because I had a yearning for some peppers stuffed with Feta and veggie rice  : 8)

1 rib eye steak between us lol, it was largish, some form of spuds, just harvested enough salad leaves if I should want them or more french beans. Suppose I could make a bean salad if I was so inclined  :)

I've got a gammon steak to use up, and I just picked a small Tromba, so.....

Maybe fry them up together, with onions, peppers and peas.

Pasta and pesto. Wasn't really in the mood for food and doing anything else felt like it would be a waste.

I put some chicken drumsticks in the slow cooker with the ingredients for a sticky barbecue sauce, this morning. I'm cooking HG runners and peas to go with them.

Had to cook some rather grey looking mince but couldn't decide what to make with its so did the other chicken kiev instead with a little bit of mash and the ubiquitous half can of beans.

Soddages glazed with a 50/50 gooseberry jam and balsamic vinegar mix plus veggie rice with tomatoes from the greenhouse and onion, french beans and greens from the plot.

Well ftf I’ve taken out roast beef & a tub of beef stock, but it’s too hot now for a hotpot. I fancy seeing if I can make a stroganoff from it  ???

Is it me or are they very early this year?
For tea, I have some left over chicken drumsticks, thinking of cooking spicy veggie rice to go with them, plus a fridge-gravel salad. I need to buy some more now, really  :D

I picked loads of beautiful blackberries last week from the back of my plot.  Like you, I'm sure they're earlier than usual, but the quality is great.  In the freezer ready to mix with the apples from the Bramley tree to make blackberry and apple crumbles.
