It was supposed to be breaded cod, a few oven chips and some mushy peas - it's Friday. but I *really* can't see me putting the oven on in this heat. I can't face any more pasta either, it's looking beans on toast

Greek Kofta kebabs in pitta bread with salad and Tzatziki.
Mavrodaphne wine to go with it, sorted

Lamb chops sprinkled with bbq seasoning + garlic granules & a tsp of mint & gooseberry jelly, will be roasted & served with new potatoes & salad bits, maybe a bit of bread too.

Long, hot and tiresome day at work and I have brought home cottage cheese, salad and rolls, but I now feel hard done by.  I may need to compensate by eating one of the almond Magnums I also came back with
