Sardines in chilli and coriander oil and spaghetti, with garlic and herb Philly cheese stirred in at the end Yum!

Spag bol and a fruit yoghurt still using bits and pieces up

Shepherd's pie with carrots and peas, couple of tomatoes and a spoonful of leftover coleslaw on the side.
A strange mix, but it went down ok

Cod Portuguese, mash, carrots & asparagus.

Got a huge spud in yesterday's Trashco delivery, so it's jacket spud with baked beans and bacon for tea

I've been under the weather for the last couple of day so I'm treating myself to liver and onions and cabbage today and another attempt to do mash from those useless spectre spuds.

Hope your trashco delivery was better than my snasbods one. Missing the meat and cheese from mine, might as well not have bothered

It's probably just a reaction to that bright, round, orange thing in the sky for the last few days.    I really wasn't in the mood tonight but I gave myself a swift kick up the behind, and have eaten a goodly amount. There are also leftovers for tomorrow which is a bonus.

Last night was pork loin steaks and sliced mushrooms in a pepper sauce, mash and cauliflower and broccoli florets.

Tonight has got as far as me getting chicken legs out of the freezer to defrost then having an inspiration shortfall.  I guess tray bake then

Finishing up cold meats and salad stuff few strawberries from garden finishing up ice cream , i've almost cleared everything it will be a huge shop when we return

Ip dip do... choice of leftover shep's pie or butter chicken curry ftf?
Think I'll take the curry out and put the shep's pie in ...and do the freezer Hokey Cokey

My tea has had a rethink as I have come home from the plot with spring greens and the first baby new potatoes
