Shepherd's pie with carrots and peas, couple of tomatoes and a spoonful of leftover coleslaw on the side.
A strange mix, but it went down ok  ;)

I've been under the weather for the last couple of day so I'm treating myself to liver and onions and cabbage today and another attempt to do mash from those useless spectre spuds.

Hope your trashco delivery was better than my snasbods one. Missing the meat and cheese from mine, might as well not have bothered

Hope you feel better soon Lardy.

It's probably just a reaction to that bright, round, orange thing in the sky for the last few days.  :nowink:  I really wasn't in the mood tonight but I gave myself a swift kick up the behind, and have eaten a goodly amount. There are also leftovers for tomorrow which is a bonus.

Last night was pork loin steaks and sliced mushrooms in a pepper sauce, mash and cauliflower and broccoli florets.

Tonight has got as far as me getting chicken legs out of the freezer to defrost then having an inspiration shortfall.  I guess tray bake then
