I've got a small piece of gammon in the slow cooker with carrots and onions and apple juice. Probably cook some mash to go with it.

Chicken casserole with lots of veg in it for me.  We haven't decided on boiled potatoes or mash yet.

HM shrimp fried rice and some bought veggie gyoza dumplings.  A bit of a carb overload, but I had a long day at work and not much to eat during it, so carbs it was

Leftover rice to use and the chicken will hopefully be defrosted. Probably S&S chicken out of a jar, I'd prefer a chicken madras but I already know I cba to make it.  :nowink:

The left over veg from last night's stew, left over mash from last night and toad in the hole.  Can't waste food these days!

Chicken thighs, roasted, wedges & leftover roasted Mediterranean veg, no wasting stuff here, so I might have to have a glass of Pinot Grigio as it’s open lol , followed by rhubarb & plain yogurt for me.

Last night was some microwavable fish in a tomato sauce thing out of the freezer with mushroom fried rice. For someone who doesn't like fish, I sure have bought a lot   Found some mincemeat from long ago lurking in the back of the fridge so made a mince tart with the leftover pastry from the other night's pie and put some custard with it.  :tongue2:  I may have over eaten

There's fish on the menu again tonight too, some chunky M&S fish fingers, a few oven chips to use those up some shrooms to use those up too and a some mushy peas - because you have to have something green  ;) Finishing off the rest of the tart and custard too.

I do feel mincemeat is underrated and shouldn't be saved just for the winter festival.

I'm having lemon pepper breadcrumbed fish fillet with peas, coleslaw, tomatoes and potato, not sure  if it'll be mash or a jacket....

Stir-fry with pork loin steak and veg plus rice from one of those microwave pouches.

Stressful day with work colleagues collectively losing it and having screaming habdabs at me.  Well not at me personally, but because I was prepared to listen and say ‘there there’ at appropriate intervals   ::)

Now having quiet time with no TV on and a cuppa in hand  :)

Found some sawhedge and bean casserole, not sure if I'll do mash or just use some of the fresh crusty bread currently in the breadmaker  :tongue2:

Lump of piggy defrosting for the slow cooker tomorrow as I feel the need for a roast.

Tray bake chicken drumsticks with whatever veg I can find in the fridge and some spuds.  I might get creative and chuck some spices over it as well  :D
