Last night was some microwavable fish in a tomato sauce thing out of the freezer with mushroom fried rice. For someone who doesn't like fish, I sure have bought a lot
Found some mincemeat from long ago lurking in the back of the fridge so made a mince tart with the leftover pastry from the other night's pie and put some custard with it.
I may have over eaten
There's fish on the menu again tonight too, some chunky M&S fish fingers, a few oven chips to use those up some shrooms to use those up too and a some mushy peas - because you have to have something green
Finishing off the rest of the tart and custard too.
I do feel mincemeat is underrated and shouldn't be saved just for the winter festival.
