I'm cooking Greek style today - a tiny half shoulder of lamb, with Feta salad, Tzatziki and lemon roast potatoes, there will be enough for tomorrow as well.
Mavrodaphne to drink and the right weather to go with it, this year  8)

Roast lamb, potatoes, cauli, mangetout and carrots.  Enough lamb left for a shepherds pie tomorrow.

A busy day for us both so shop bought pie from the freezer, oven chips, veg and gravy for us.  I haven’t had chips and gravy for ages and had forgotten how nice it was  :)

You too, Lardman....
I'm putting the bone and scraps from the w/end's lamb in the slow cooker with the usual veg and Pinto beans. There'll be lots of mash to go with it  ::)

I can already tell today is going to be full of CBA moment, in preparation I'v taken some sawhedges out of the freezer to go with left over mash from yesterday. Carrots and onion gravy or beans if anything more than a tin opener feels like too much effort.

Tonight we had the lamb chops that I cooked last night( but then hubby felt poorly & didn’t want dinner) with mash & roasties ,carrots, peas &
Last night I made do with the leftover curry from the night before & he made do with the 2nd egg custard of the day🙄

It's not Friday but I think I might resort to a few oven chips to go with the left over sawhedges. I must find something else to go with them rather than just the usual beans or mushy peas.
