More of the BBQ chicken drumsticks ftf with stir-fried veg.
Made a loaf of bread this afternoon, so also scoffed some of that with lashings of butter  :D

The breaded chicken fillets on their use by - probably some sort of spicy rice as I've over done the mash the last couple of days.

No dinner tonight we went out for lunch, i had barbecue ribs chips and salad very filling and very nice, so no dinner just 3 ryvitas with a scrapping of fat.  :D

Spaghetti and meatballs.  I added finely chopped plot kale into the meatball mix because it was in the fridge and needed using.  It sounds an unlikely ingredient, but they turned out very well.  I put a few chilli flakes in with the herbs as well and I think that helped  :)

Just hot cross buns toasted with butter as we had a lovely picnic lunch on Southsea Common with all the family.  First time we've all been together for two years.
