Yesterday did not go as planned and the beef had over cooked and dried out by the time I got round to doing anything with it  I'll see if there's anything salvageable otherwise it's going into the mincer for cottage pie.

When I went to the freezer this morning, I must have thought it was Friday, cos I got out some fish mix for a pie  I even managed to find the chopped parsley from deep in the depths as well :)
Peas to go with it obvs..

Neither us are feeling very bothered at the moment with cooking so it’s our old standby ..hotpot- lamb today, with fresh leeks from the plot & parsnips ftf as the hg element

Cauli cheese and garlic bread for me and Paul has a pork chop to go with his.  I've really gone off meat over the last couple of months and we are now trying to accommodate both of us within the meal.
