Roast lamb with the usual roast potatoes, carrots, swede, parsnip and some green beans unearthed from the freezer.

Utterly miserable rainy grey day that required some serious comfort food.

Fish pie (mash top) with some broccoli.  Followed by crumble and ice-cream.  Better now  :)

I've had some fish pie mix in the freezer for a while I should use up. I figure I'll drown it in mash and parsley sauce.

YUM!
I've got leftover pork, probably add some spice to it and some microwaved Basmati rice with salad bits from the fridge.

I wanted to make a meat pie but the pastry 'refuses' to defrost despite being out since this morning.  Instead we are having the Valentine's meal from the Co-op of sea bass, veg medley and new potatoes.

I found some pork stir fry strips in the freezer (honestly it's like the Tardis in there !) I don't really want noodles so I thought I'd spicy it up a bit and put it with some savoury rice.

Yesterday I had lemon pepper breadcrumbed fish with butternut wedges with coleslaw and other salad bits.
Today I've decided to make a cheese & bacon quiche, probably use up the last of the salad with it.

There’s a ham joint cooking, so  jacket potatoes, salad & coleslaw was on the menu, but it’s so cold, windy& rainy plus there’s leftover cheese sauce in the fridge so it might be cauliflower cheese & mash or possibly parsley sauce, mash & veg. Decisions, decisions
