Leftovers of yesterdays casserole, I had to put some mash with it too as it was a little sloppy so there are probably several days worth left.

Thai red curry, I can take chilli heat but not  Thai.    Chicken  was involved with green beans.

Pork loin roast (bargain from work), plus plot spuds, cabbage and squash.  The squash was the last batch from the freezer and we have now scoffed the lot  :(

I found some chicken thighs - the plan is or a roast chicken dinner with all the trimmings. Wish I had some spouts or a savoy to go with it though.

We decided on using the last of the roast chicken in a pressure cooked stew, suits me as I’m not involved in it  :lol:
