I recognise that routine, I had to start low-carbing to loose the extra weight. Now I graze on sliced ham, cheese, tinned tuna and eggs.
If it really has to be sweet, to kill the craving, then I stir stevia/sweetener into full fat cottage cheese or Greek yogurt. Sometimes I add a couple of berries, walnuts or raisins just so it looks pretty
It seems strange, but it does work, as protein keeps you feeling fuller for longer, via different satiety hormones produced in response to protein.
I admit it's not the cheapest of options, though......
