Tagliatellii with courgettes, tomatoes and peppers. There was some chilli involved which on first mouth full was a bit strong but when you got used to it was right.

I defrosted some Bream, was going to have coleslaw and salad bits - but as I can't get warm this afternoon  ::) I'll have green beans and grilled tomatoes, and maybe some veggie rice....

I got some freebie stewing steak from work (on last date, reduced and not sold), so Iíve made a big batch of curry.

Some for tea tonight with rice, lassi, cucumber and mint salad and pickles and then a load for the freezer  :)

Peanut butter chicken curry, it was okay, lots of faffing about, I wanted Chinese but while Paul was hunting on line for chow mien  he found this recipe and we had all the ingredients and went for it.  Not sure whether we will do it again.

I finished off the sawhedges, mash and cabbage all covered in onion spoonstanding.  Apple crumble for afters, which really needed some custard.
