Fish fingers, chips, some sickly looking mushies and mushy peas. Day 3 of attempting to summon the energy to make a crumble.

Happy 2022 to all.

Sow your seeds, plant your plants. What's the difference? A couple of weeks or more when answering possible queries!

We've been out to lunch, roast lamb and all the trimmings so tonight will be cheese and biscuits with a glass or two of red wine.

Buffet style bits and pieces that were reduced in the Co-op yesterday and today.  Really didn't fancy anything big like a roast (saving that for tomorrow).

The plan was for a gammon roast, but having defrosted it, I can’t be arised, so that is in the fridge for tomorrow.

Now on chicken and potato curry with rice, lassi, chutney or fresh relish and I’ve just found some poppadoms in the cupboard, so it would be rude to leave them out

Made pizza dough, trying to decide if I wan't a thin and crispy or if I should do a thick crust tray bake. Fridge gravel for topping either way.

Dough is still in the fridge as I was struck down with a serious case of the CBAs last night, ended up with pasta and pesto.

I've got mince and onions in a spicy gravy, with peas and cauliflower cheese.
Greek yoghurt, honey and walnuts for pud.
